Breaking news:why Man United pick £84m Victor Osimhen as the man to replace Cristiano Ronaldo, detail explained .

Image
Cristiano Ronaldo's playing time  at Manchester United could be dramatically  reduced if the Old Trafford side are  successful in their pursuit of Victor Osimhen. The 22-year-old has impressed for  Napoli this season having scored  11 goals in 22 appearances despite  missing two months of action due  to a cheekbone injury. Since returning to the side in January , the Nigerian scored two goals in  six appearances and is reportedly  on Ralf Rangnick's radar. According to Rai Sport journalist  Ciro Venerato, the 22-year-old is United’s  primary target to replace Cristiano  Ronaldo in the summer but Napoli  wants at least £84m for the youngster. Ronaldo returned to Old Trafford last  summer and despite hitting the ground  running, his form has dried up and he  has scored just once in his last 10 games. The Portuguese superstar is under  contract until 2023 but is on £480k-a- week, making him the best-paid  Premier League player. He is also 37 making him 15 years  older than Osimh

Diogo Dalot has admitted that he wanted  the No. 2 shirt when he first arrived at  Manchester United, but it was taken  by Victor Lindelof.  Dalot, 22, joined Manchester United  from Porto for £19 million ahead of the  2018/19 season, forming a partnership  with fellow Portuguese Jose Mourinho.  He went on to make 55 appearances  for United in all competitions, all of  which he did while wearing the number  20 shirt.  It's a shirt with a long history at Old  Trafford, having been worn by forwards  Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Robin van  Persie in the past.  Dalot confesses, though, that his initial  option was the No. 2 strip, which is normally  worn by a right-sided full-back and was  grabbed by central defenders

Report: Man Utd player ‘set to leave’ this summer, could stay if salary demands are met

Paul Pogba's future at Manchester United  is unknown, since his contract expires  in the coming months and he is no closer  to signing a new agreement. The 28-year -old rejected down a deal with United  last summer and has high standards that  United are unwilling to satisfy, so he may go.  According to the Daily Mail, is set  to leave' this summer due to a lack of  agreement between the two parties. Pogba's  agent, Mino Raiola, has previously stated  that he wants to leave United, so it wouldn't  be surprising if his contract was let to expire . However, given that they paid £89 million  to get him in, losing him for free is a  horrible financial decision.

According to rumours in Italy, Manchester  United interim manager Ralf Rangnick  wants to replace Cristiano Ronaldo with  Napoli striker Victor Osimhen. The 23-year -old has been identified as a player of interest  by United, who are set to join the market  for a new goalscorer in the summer  transfer window.  A cloud of uncertainty hangs over United's  players as the club prepares to embark on  a new chapter under the leadership of the next  - as yet unnamed - permanent manager.  Cristiano Ronaldo and Marcus Rashford  are struggling, while Edinson Cavani,  Anthony Martial, Jesse Lingard, and Mason  Greenwood all have uncertain futures at  Old Trafford.  Ronaldo's contract runs until 2023, but  Rangnick is growing impatient with the  37-year-old, who has only scored once  in his previous ten outings.

According to Portuguese newspaper  O Jogo (today's issue, page 17), Manchester  United could buy Sporting Lisbon midfielder  Palhinha for £25-33 million this summer.  The Portuguese has been watched at least  'eight times' by the Red Devils in recent  months, according to The Mirror.  The midfielder's current contract with  Sporting includes a £50 million release  clause, but according to O Jogo, he might  be moved for less. It's possible that a package  of £25-£33 million will suffice.  Our perspective is that  Palhinha was instrumental in Sporting's  19-year wait for the Premier League title.  With more over three tackles per game  this season, he has continued to dazzle.  Aside from that, the 26-year-old

Breaking news: Manchester United have decided on Cristiano Ronaldo's future

Image
Neither Cristiano Ronaldo nor Anthony  Martial are likely to leave Manchester  United this coming summer. A lot of doubt has surrounded the futures  of each of the two frontmen, but the  club appear happy to keep both on  at Old Trafford beyond the summer  and into the 2022/23 season. The Daily Mail are reporting that both  Martial and Cristiano Ronaldo are  seen as players with futures at the club. Martial's time in Manchester appeared  to have come to an ending January  as he made his desire to leave clear  before securing a loan move to Sevilla.  Since joining the LaLiga Santander  side he has scored but has since picked  up an injury. Cristiano Ronaldo, meanwhile, hasn't  enjoyed the success he would have  hoped for when he joined from Juventus  last August and many had been tipping  the Portuguese to seek another  adventure at the end of the season.

Manchester United threw a slew of attacking  options at Watford over the weekend and  still couldn't find a way to score. So don't  be surprised if the Red Devils keep looking  for ways to improve this summer.  United are reportedly interested in two  wingers, according to journalist Fabrizio  Romano, with summer deals in the works.  Mason Greenwood was removed from the  first team picture due to off-field issues,  which has created a need for a winger for United.  Romano mentions Ajax winger Antony,  who was first linked with the Red Devils  by 90Min. Arnaut Danjuma, who plays  for Villarreal, is the other.  "Keep two names in mind for that role  this summer," Romano told FIVE. Antony  and Danjuma are two of the most interesting  people I've ever met.

Breaking news:Finally coming to an end !! as Ronaldo finally brings to the notice of the fans the date of his retirement from football and reasons why he wants to ..

Cristiano Ronaldo is still an influential  player at the grand old age of 37 and , despite Manchester United's problems , is their top scorer with 15 goals this  season. However, French World Cup Winner  Frank Leboeuf has urged the Portuguese  superstar to consider retiring so that  he does not leave the sport on a low point. Ronaldo is evidently not the player he  once was at Real Madrid, and the Frenchman  feels that it would do his legacy good  if he quit on a high rather than prolong  his career and see his powers wain. "Do you know what? I think there is  a time where you have to think: ' What do I do with my life and my career '," the Frenchman told ESPN "And maybe it's time for Cristiano  Ronaldo at the end of his career  to wonder and have a discussion  with himself, and maybe some of his  family, to know what he has to do for  the rest of his career, if there is a  future in his career. "I don't want to watch Ronaldo and  have pity, be
