, sexual assault, and threats to kill, Manchester

 United forward Mason Greenwood's bail

 will expire on April 30. 

The 20-year-old was arrested in late January

 on suspicion of rape and assault on a lady, 

but officers were given more time to question

 him before being released. 

He was then arrested on suspicion of 

sexual assault and making threats to kill, 

according to Greater Manchester Police (GMP). 

Greenwood was released on bond three 

days after his detention, and his case is still 

being investigated by the police. 

"A 20-year-old guy arrested (on Sunday,

 January 30, 2022) on suspicion of rape 

and assault of a woman has been freed on bail

 pending further investigation," according 

to a GMP statement.
