Breaking news: Fabrizio Romano says Man United attacker will leave Old Trafford this summer

 According to a recent rumor from prominent

 football transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano

, the South American attacker will not 

be staying at Old Trafford for the 

foreseeable future. 

After his contract with Paris-Saint-Germain

 expired, Cavani, 35, joined the Red Devils

 on a free transfer in the summer of 2020. 

In 55 games in all competitions since 

his arrival in England's top flight, the veteran

 Uruguayan has personally contributed

 to 26 goals. 

However, due to a slew of minor injuries, 

the 35-year-playing old's time has been drastically

 restricted in recent months, much to the
