. Despite his age, Ronaldo has scored 

the most goals for United this season. 

In total, the Portuguese has scored 18 goals

 in all competitions. Bruno Fernandes is 

his closest rival, with only nine points. 


However, there have been worries over

 Ronaldo's ability to complete his Old 

Trafford contract. He has another year 

left on his contract, with the club holding

 an option for an additional year. 


However, retaining Ronaldo may be difficult

 if United fails to qualify for the Champions

 League. 


Edinson Cavani and Jesse Lingard, on 

the other hand, are poised to leave as free

 agents. Marcus Rashford's poor form

 has generated speculation of a move away.
