Breaking news: Manchester United almost done with signing Barcelona defender as paper work only remains .

 

Barcelona's contract with Ronald Araujo 

expires at the end of June 2023, and the club

 has been attempting to extend the defender's

 contract. 

While the Uruguayan would love to stay 

put, his agents have been angered by the 

fact that he is being paid less than other first

-team players. Barca, for one, has been 

attempting to convey to Araujo's side 

that they don't have a lot of money right 

now, but that attitude contradicts what the

 Catalans are providing to possible summer

 free agents.
