 Roma striker Tammy Abraham this summer. 




According to a report in the Italian publication

 Il Messaggero, reported by Football Italia

, United is considering signing the England

 international to replace Cristiano Ronaldo

. Abraham joined Roma on a permanent 

basis last summer and has performed 

admirably in the Italian city. 


Abraham has scored 23 goals and provided

 four assists in 40 appearances for the club 

in all competitions. He has exceeded expectations

, and English football fans are left wondering

 what may have been, given that he was 

connected with a number of Premier League

 clubs prior to departing Chelsea last summer.
