 According to Football Insider, Porto 

are planning a surprise approach to sign 

Manchester United superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. 

The Portuguese giants believe the 

door is now open for the all-time great

 to return to his motherland for a romantic

 reunion this summer. 

Porto are keeping an eye on Ronaldo's 

condition ahead of the summer transfer 

window, according to a recruitment source

, and might make a move if given the go light. 

Nearly two decades after leaving 

Sporting Lisbon, many close to Man United

 believe the 37-year-old might be interested

 in returning to Portugal. 

After joining United on a two-year deal

 from Juventus, he will have another year
