be promising the player a €15 million salary

, which is higher than the €8 million offered

 by Borussia Dortmund. 

Another benefit Manchester United may

 have is that Akanji apparently 'dreams' 

of playing in the Premier League, and 

Old Trafford may be able to accommodate him. 

However, according to Bild, Borussia 

Dortmund has a good case for him.
