Breaking news:as Antonio conte key man to his defensive line picks up an injury ahead of Manchester vs Tottenham match .

 full-back Ryan Sessegnon will be out for

 at least another month. 



Spurs will be without midfielder Olivier 

Skipp for the foreseeable future after he 

missed his eighth consecutive match due

 to a groin issue. 


Conte acknowledged to being 'worried' 

by the 21-year-lengthy old's layoff ahead

 of the trip to Old Trafford to face Manchester

has even more cause for concern, as Sessegnon

 has been ruled out after being taken off 

at half-time during Everton's 5-0 thrashing.
