As Manchester United searches for their 

next permanent manager, Alex Ferguson 

has proposed a surprising choice. 

Ferguson is said to be a fan of Pochentino

, but has advised Man United to consider

 Carlo Ancelotti if Pochettino declines 

the position. 

Pochettino is the current choice for the

 job, but given that he is already in charge 

of one of the finest teams in the world, he 

may not want to go to Manchester for such 

a challenging position. 

Carlo Ancelotti, according to Alex Ferguson 

Ancelotti, on the other hand, is at Real 

Madrid, where he is doing a terrific job, so he 

is unlikely to rush at the chance to leave Spain.
