Confirmed : Fabrizio Romano confirms Manchester United star signs new contract at the club ,name of star mentioned .

 

On The United Stand YouTube channel, 

journalist Fabrizio Romano was questioned

 for the latest on David de Gea's Manchester

 United contract status. 

De Gea's current contract runs through 

June 2023, with the club having the option 

to extend it for another year, and Romano 

believes the Spaniard will sign a new agreement. 

The former Atletico Madrid star is back 

to his best and seems set to earn United's 

Player of the Season title for the sixth consecutive

 season. 

De Gea, like Bruno Fernandes, is expected

 to pledge his future to United regardless 

of who the new long-term manager is, 

according to Romano. 

"It's something Manchester United wants

 to talk about this year, 2022," Romano stated.
