Confirmed : Manchester United are set to sign 30 year old Scottish premiership star .

 Siegrist began his career in football in his 

home country of Switzerland, where he 

attended the FC Basel academy before joining

 Aston Villa in January 2009. The shot-stopper

 spent loan stints away at Burton Albion, 

Cambridge United, Solihull Moors and 

Wycombe Wanderers before returning 

to Switzerland in 2016 when he signed 

for FC Vaduz. 

Siegrist left the club after two years and 

signed with Dundee United in 2018. He 

has been a mainstay between the sticks for 

the club ever since. The 30-year-old has 138

 appearances for the Scottish side, with 51 clean

 sheets to his name. 

While Siegrist may not be the most well-

known player in the world, he appears to have

 caught the attention of Manchester United

, who may be obliged to make a move.
