Confirmed : Manchester United boss Ralf Rangnick lands first signing as transfer terms signed today

 After it was revealed that defender Toby 

Collyer had signed for Manchester United, 

Ralf Rangnick finally made his first signing

 for the club. Rangnick is poised to take 

up a consultant post after his interim term 

as manager expires this summer, signaling

 the beginning of a new era at Old Trafford. 

Rangnick joined Manchester United in 

November after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer 

was fired following a string of dismal 

results. After a shocking 4-1 loss to Watford

 with only 12 games left in the season, 

the Norwegian left United 12 points behind

 leaders Chelsea. 

Rangnick was then named temporary 

manager just two weeks later, with a 

contract for his services until the conclusion

 of the season.
