 Barcelona are reportedly interested in signing

 Manchester United defender Eric Bailly this 

summer, according to the Daily Star. The 

Catalans are on high alert because the centre

-future back's at Old Trafford is unknown 

due to his lack of playing time. Bailly's current

 Manchester United contract runs out in 

2024, but the club has the option to extend 

it for another year. 


Struggles of Eric Bailly Eric Bailly has been 

a member of Manchester United's squad since

 2016. He was brought in to give United's

 defense, which was suffering at the time, 

greater quality. However, the defender's growth

 has been hampered by a succession of ailments

 that have forced him to sit out games.
