Manchester United report: 'The next Van Dijk' could sign at a bargain price

Manchester United. 



For his physicality and coolness on the ball

, the Uruguayan defender has garnered comparisons

 to Liverpool's Dutchman, but Barca are reported

 to be sweating about his refusal to agree 

to a new contract. 


According to Spanish news site Sport, the

 23-year-old and his advisors have made 

no headway in negotiations with the Catalan 

club, and Barca risk losing him on the cheap 

the longer the drama drags on. With Andreas

 Christensen set to arrive in the summer, 

now could be the moment to cash in. 



Manchester United enters the picture at 

this point. Whether or not the Red Devils 

opt to part with their captain, Harry Maguire

 will be missed.
